Hi!
I’m a massive fan of the user script you made for the hype machine, I was wondering if you could write one for the new design as it breaks the old script.
Cheers
Alex
Hi! took the liberty of moving your comment to a more appropriate post. I actually did update the script, and just didn’t blog about it. You can re-install from the original location to get the update.
cheers! great help! Just wondering, what do you think of their new layout?
I preferred the old one, is it a massive job to re-design the whole page in greasemonkey?
Not so much, really. Just a matter of changing one xpath query. I do quite like the new player, especially — flash is used only as the glue to hold the thing together, which is as it should be. :)
Hi!
You should make some descriptions of your scripts. The names are kind of subjectives, but still not as clear as they should be.
Greets
Your flickrRichEdit.user.js script has a compatibility issue with new version of Firefox.
It disables editing of photo descriptions – that is, when you have simple rich edit enabled and click on a description under your photo it doesn’t change into an edit box and you cannot edit it.
When rich edit is disabled, editing works again.
Your PhotoPageEnhancer script is a great tool – I noticed you updated it to work with GreaseMetal. I’m currently using the K-meleon browser and the GreaseMeleon plugin. Is there any way you could update this script to work with GreaseMeleon? Thanks in advance!
